What is the difference between a case note, case presentation, case conference and case report?
Case Notes are a quick way to upload images and add notes about a case. Very useful for residents to document and share learning points. (See example)
Case Presentations are uploaded PowerPoint presentations of a case presentation from rounds. (See example)
Case Conferences are interactive case based learning modules following a standardized history, physical exam, diagnostic workup approach. Create one for CME credits. (See example)
Case Reports are brief descriptions of rare conditions or situations with unusual diagnostic dilemma or unanticipated complications with review of literature. (See example)
