If you believe you qualify for Author status on this page, please click on the AUTHORS tab, above, in between Attachments and Info. You will be sent to an area in which you can briefly describe why you deserve credit. The simplest reason is of course "I wrote it!"; but editing skillfully can certainly qualify. The request will be sent to the Orthopaedia administrators for approval. Once approved, you will be listed on the page as (one of) it's Authors, and a link to this page from your personal page will be created.
