Type 1 Salter-Harris fractures of the distal fibula. Often misdiagnosed as a sprain.

Triplane fracture: the fracture lines are in planes, namely horizontal through the distal tibia physis; sagittal through the distal tibia epiphysis; and coronal through the posterior/distal tibial metaphysis

Juvenile Tillaux: This is a Salter-Harris type 3 fracture of the distal tibia (physis and epiphysis) caused by tension
