Before you click over to the sample article, take note of a few things:
On the top of the page is a "breadcrumb" navigation line (white letters on navy background) that tell you where you are, so to speak, in the navigation of orthopaedia.
(It should say something like "Dashboard > Orthopaedia > Home > Sample Article")
You can always click on "Orthopaedia" to return to the main page with the Table of Contents.
Clicking on Dashboard will show you all the Orthopaedia spaces.
There are controls on the top of the page to let you edit the page.
The particular sample page you are about to see was created with a template. If you are adding a new page yourself, you may want to see if there is a template that will help you. (It certainly will help the readers if the contributions were uniform)
